We offer the following payment schedules:
-
A monthly payment that is based on a 10 months' schedule. The first
payment will have to be
made in August, the last one is due in May. It is due on the 1st day of
each month.
-
A two-payment schedule - one payment is due on August 1st, balance is
due on January 1st.
-
One payment - tuition is paid in full by August
1st. A 2% discount will apply with this option.
If, due to personal reasons, your child is absent from class for a
prolonged period of time,
tuition is still payable in order to hold his/her spot.
Registration Fee
(non-refundable) $75.00 per family. This amount
consists of a $25.00 registration fee and a $50.00 deposit. You have
the option to deduct the deposit amount from either your September,
October or November tuition. If the amount has not been deducted by
December, your deposit will be considered a gift to the academy. Thank
you for your generosity.
Late Fee
Tuition is due on the 1st day of each month. A late charge of $25.00 will
be added to your
account if payment is not received by the 10th of the month.
Returned Check Fee
A $15.00 fee will be charged on all
returned checks. If two checks are
returned on the same account, cash or money order payments will be required
thereafter.
Delinquent Tuition
If tuition payments are more than 2
months in arrears, your child(ren) may be suspended from class until the
account is brought up to date, or until a mutually agreed upon payment schedule
is worked out between the administration and the parents.
We regret that these measures must be
taken, but all school expenses are paid with monies from tuitions.

Drop Off / Pick Up
Parents (or parent-authorized persons) must bring their child to the
class room door for drop off and pick up. Arrival time should be no
sooner than 9:25AM. If you plan to pick up your child early, please come
to the office and sign him/her out before leaving school.
Transportation
Transportation to and from school is the responsibility of the
parents/guardians.
School Calendar
With few exceptions, we will closely follow the Warwick Valley Central
School District's
calendar in regard to holidays and vacation, with the exception of not
observing Jewish holidays. You will receive a calendar prior to the
opening of school.
Medical Requirements
An up to date immunization record is a requirement to be able to start
school. The State of New York requires a medical form, signed and dated
by your physician, to be on file in the
school office. Please bring a copy of the child's immunization record
and latest physical.
Snack
During the school year each child will be assigned certain weeks to
provide a snack, drinks, cups, and napkins for the entire class. Please
make sure that your child's snack is a healthy one.
For suggestions on what to bring, please talk to the teacher.
